Kylie is an Organisational Coach, Procurement Consultant and Mentor with over 20 years’ broad industry experience in blue chip organisations including Metcash, QBE, Adobe, Vodafone, Microsoft, Westpac and Eli Lilly.

Kylie has held multiple senior procurement /commercial roles including Head of Procurement at Metcash and Procurement Country Manager at Adobe, and has utilised her skills as a coach to deliver best practice, strategic solutions with a pragmatic approach.

Kylie began her career in Marketing and Events and has maintained her passion for these categories throughout her Procurement career; she is now widely acknowledged as a Thought Leader.   

Kylie is accomplished at leading teams, building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating for business change, and delivering commercially sustainable results.  In addition to coaching leaders and individuals to achieve business and career outcomes in her own practice, Kylie is currently consulting to local Government on a range of Procurement initiatives, and is taking part in the 2019 Procurement Mentoring Program (PMP) as a Mentor to aspiring procurement leaders.

 Kylie holds a B Comm Marketing, G Cert Org Coaching, and is an IECL accredited coach.
