Gary Bender, Managing Director of World Corporate Travel 

Gary began his career in travel back in 1982 in the UK for Thomas Cook and has been in the game ever since. Now owner and Managing Director of World Corporate Travel (WCT); a successful PCO and Corporate Travel Agency that has delivered incentive programs and conferences all over the world. Gary has a passion for doing things differently and his key strengths are engaging staff, managing relationships with clients and suppliers and creating powerful concepts.

A proud Business owner that gives back to the industry. Supporter of MEA being Chair of the MEA PCO NSW SIG. Plus owner of the Unofficial Industry lunch that attracts over 200 people to the bash. His latest adventure is ½ owning the Industry show everyone is talking about – Get Global. An outstanding success in only its 3rd year

Donna Kessler, Managing Director of Tourism Portfolio

Donna Kessler is the founder and Director of Tourism Portfolio. Since the company’s inception in 2002, Donna has represented high quality destinations, venues, resorts and event suppliers to the meetings, incentives and tourism markets. She understands the importance of relationships and the process of driving sales through her professional credible reputation

Her personal commitment to her clients and the events she supports is undeniable. Donna has more than three decades of experience in all aspects of tourism. Prior to starting Tourism Portfolio she held senior roles at Hilton International and Intercontinental Sydney , Donna is always keen to be involved and has been on the Tourism Australia Business Events Board, has worked closely with Meeting and Events Australia as an Industry Mentor, Speaker and has assisted with numerous Conference Program Committee positions.

She has previously won:

  • Meetings and Events Australia National Sales and Marketing Person of the Year 2005

Her desire, passion and energy for the industry is contagious. In 2016 along with a business partner she launched GET GLOBAL. The only outbound show for the MICE market in Australia. She is always looking for innovative ways to connect with buyers and suppliers and provide the clients in her portfolio solid ROI.

Get Global is not your ‘normal’ tradeshow. We created a different engaging, flexible way to do business ( B2B ). We focused on the show being cost effective to exhibitors, and maximising peoples times……We took buyers on a journey around the globe, and as an exhibitor all they needed to pack was their presentation device!
