Cindy-Lee joined MCI in 2007, having formerly worked across events, association management and the not for profit sectors for more than five years. Cindy-Lee’s experience spans three continents and includes roles such as Secretariat for The British Society for Immunology; Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Institute Agricultural Science and Technology (AIAST); and Association Management Consultant for Kenes International.

Cindy-Lee has worked through the ranks of operational roles at MCI and has Project Director responsibilities for MCI Australia’s largest clients. She also bridges the account management capacity for significant projects, consulting on innovation, technology and business best practices for association clients.

Additionally Cindy-Lee co-founded and is a Director of Little Big Steps a charity improving the health and wellbeing of children living with cancer by making ‘exercise medicine’ more fun.
